I'm an editorial Napa wedding photographer, capturing timeless and romantic love stories in Napa Valley and beyond.
I remember the exact moment I fell in love with photography. I must have been about eight years old, sitting at my grandmother’s antique vanity with a beautiful ornate brass mirror. It was our little tradition—she’d let me “practice” putting her makeup on, even though I’d always apply far too many layers. She never minded.
One day, as I rummaged through the back of a drawer, searching for the colors she deemed “too dark” for my age, my fingers brushed against something unexpected. Tucked away beneath the powders and lipsticks was a small handful of film photo prints. As I pulled them out, I realized what I had found—wedding photos from my grandparents’ wedding day.
They were perfectly imperfect. The soft blur of movement, the slight grain of the film, the way the light fell just right on my grandmother’s beaming face. I studied every detail, captivated by the moments. I wondered how they felt that day. What had been said to make my grandmother laugh so freely? Was my grandfather nervous? He sure looked like it.
From that day on, I made a habit of digging them out during every visit. I could stare at them for hours, completely lost in the mystery of those captured memories. Those photos became my passion, my inspiration. I didn’t just want to look at them—I wanted to create images that made people feel the way I did when I held those prints in my hands.
To this day, those same wedding photos remain in my nightstand, a constant reminder of where my love for photography began. They are more than just pictures; they are proof that a single image can hold a lifetime of emotions, stories, and untold words. And that’s exactly why I do what I do—to capture those fleeting moments so they can be felt forever.
Being your wedding photographer isn’t just about taking beautiful pictures—it’s about capturing your real wedding day moments. It’s the way your dad holds your hand when he walks you down the aisle, your mom tearing up when putting on your veil, or how your partner can’t stop smiling when they see you. I’m here to capture the real moments that aren’t just seen but felt—the inside jokes, the happy tears, the wild dance floor energy. The ones you’ll look back to decades from now, still feeling every bit of joy.
These aren’t just photos; they’re pieces of your history, woven together to create a tangible legacy. Someday, when you share your wedding album with your children, I want those images to spark your stories—the laughter, the tears, the love. That’s what I’m here for—to give you a way to hold onto it all.
-Napa Valley Wedding Photographer-
I've been photographing weddings for over 10 years, and I am still known to cry during the vows. Yeah—I kinda love my job. Like, a lot.
The glitz, the glam, the details, the style—don't get me wrong, it's all beautiful. But there's something extra magical to watch your love grow, quite literally, into a family. (Yes, pet parents count too!)
